What is Racket Vision?
Racket Vision is demo program management software for tennis and pickleball pro shops. It tracks who has which racket or paddle checked out, when each demo is due back, and flags late returns, all on one color-coded screen.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers never download or install anything. They sign up from a link you share, and it works in any phone browser. Racket Vision is a front-desk tool used by your staff. That is what keeps it simple and fast.
How long does a check-out take?
About twelve seconds. Staff search the customer, tap the equipment, and set a due date. Check-in is just as fast: pull up the customer's name and mark the equipment returned.
Does it work for both tennis and pickleball?
Yes, and more. Tennis and pickleball come ready out of the box, each as its own program you can filter, search, and report on. You can also add any other sport with equipment to demo, like golf, ski, or bike.
How long does setup take?
Usually about an afternoon. We help you import your demo list and invite your staff. Staff training takes around five minutes. If your team has used Shopify POS, they already know how to use this.
What happens when a demo is late?
Overdue demos are automatically flagged red on the dashboard with the customer's phone number. Customers also get a text reminder the day before a demo is due, and daily reminders once it is late, so most equipment comes back without anyone on staff lifting a finger.
How much does Racket Vision cost?
Racket Vision uses simple flat monthly pricing with no per-customer fees and no hardware to buy. Contact us for details.
How do I get access?
Join the waitlist on our home page. We onboard shops in small groups so every shop gets a proper setup, and we will reach out as soon as your spot opens.
