- Account information: First name, last name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you sign up for a demo program.
- Payment information: Credit or debit card details processed through Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
- Communications: Any messages or information you send to us directly.

- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the Service.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Log data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Manage your demo equipment check-outs, returns, and due date tracking
- Process payments for late fees and other charges
- Send you transactional communications (e.g., due date reminders, overdue notifications)
- Send you promotional messages if you have opted in (e.g., new equipment announcements, special offers)

- Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the Service

4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information:
- Supabase— Database hosting and user authentication. Your account data and demo program records are stored in Supabase’s hosted PostgreSQL database. Supabase processes data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
- Stripe— Payment processing. When you provide payment information, it is transmitted directly to Stripe and handled in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We do not store your full payment card details.
- Telnyx— SMS message delivery. When you opt in to text messages, your phone number is transmitted to Telnyx to deliver SMS messages. Telnyx processes this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
- AWS Amplify— Website hosting. The Service is hosted on AWS Amplify infrastructure.
5. SMS & Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive SMS messages, the following applies:
- We will only send SMS messages to phone numbers that have opted in.
- Your phone number will be shared with Telnyx solely for the purpose of delivering text messages.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us.
- Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 per month). Message and data rates may apply.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:
- Account data: Retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months after account deletion to comply with legal and business obligations.
- Demo records: Retained for the duration of your account plus 24 months for dispute resolution and record-keeping.
- SMS logs: Message delivery records are retained for up to 12 months.
- Payment records: Retained as required by applicable financial regulations.
You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. We will process your request within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain information.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. These include:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Row-level security policies on our database
- Secure authentication through Supabase Auth
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your personal information
