4. Third-Party Services
We work with third-party service providers to operate the platform. Each provider processes your information only as needed to deliver its service and under its own privacy policy. The categories of providers we use include:
- Payment processing— card payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and handled under their Privacy Policy. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
- Cloud hosting & database services— to host the website and securely store your account data and demo program records.
- SMS text-message delivery— to deliver the text messages you opt in to receive.
- Transactional email delivery— to send account and notification emails.

We do not sell your personal information to these or any other third parties.
5. SMS & Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive SMS messages, the following applies:
- We will only send SMS messages to phone numbers that have opted in.
- Your phone number will be shared with our SMS delivery provider solely for the purpose of delivering text messages.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us.
- Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 per month). Message and data rates may apply.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and as long as we need it to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet our legal, tax, and financial obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of data and the purpose it serves — for example, payment and transaction records are kept for as long as applicable financial regulations require, and demo history is kept for as long as it is useful for record-keeping and dispute resolution.
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will process your request within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain information.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. These include:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Row-level security policies on our database
- Secure authentication for staff accounts
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of promotional communications
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@racket-vision.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
9. Your State Privacy Rights (California, Virginia & Other States)
Some U.S. states — including California, Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut — give residents specific rights over their personal information. Where these laws apply to you, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how we use it
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information
- Obtain a portable copy of the data you provided to us
- Opt out of the sale of your personal information, targeted advertising, and profiling
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. There is therefore nothing for you to opt out of in those categories — but you retain the right regardless.
Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and IP address), commercial information (your demo check-out and payment history), and internet or network activity (such as usage and log data). We do not collect biometric information, precise geolocation, or information about your education, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information beyond the payment details handled directly by Stripe.
How to exercise your rights: email us at privacy@racket-vision.com. To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before acting on your request — typically by confirming information already associated with your account. We will respond within 45 days; if we need more time, we will let you know. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Appeals: if we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will respond to your appeal within 60 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General to file a complaint.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
11. Cookies
We use essential cookies required for the Service to function, including authentication session cookies and security tokens. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. For aggregate traffic measurement we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics provider, which does not build a profile of you across sites.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
